“Unfortunately driver was over 20minutes late we had to give up on them and get another taxi to avoid missing our train. We were advised he would be 10minutes late and gave the benefit of the doubt however after 20minutes we gave up. Have asked the company about a refund as it was prebooked, but all my messages are now being ignored. Not great service unfortunately. ”

“Thought I’d booked a Mercedes S class, but the vehicle that arrived was an older Audi A8. If I’d known that was the vehicle we’d get I would not have paid extra for the Mercedes S class.”
