“Driver was great - friendly, patient and very understanding of our needs (a 7 month old baby...) He wore a mask throughout and also drove very safely. He helped with our luggage at our pick up address and destination. I would not hesitate to use this service again and strongly recommend it to others.”

“Booked for 7am. At five past, I receive a call saying an Uber is being sent instead (having booked a Mercedes). Uber turns up 15 minutes later. Uber fare was 34 pounds. I was charged 58 pounds by you for a car and service that did not appear. Do you regard that as acceptable service?”
