“When we came out of baggage arrivals, we could not see our driver. Looked at tracker and was some distance away. Called him to let him know we were out. He said he was coming into the car park and would be 5 mins (tracker suggested otherwise). He was another 10-15 minutes.
Car was different to the car and reg that I received on the tracker. Driver was the same. Car was damaged on left hand side - had part sticking out.
I offered to pay for the parking. He refused but then when we arrived at home then wanted the cash to pay for the parking and could not take card. Not great as very few people carry cash now so had to go through various things to get the cash just after arriving back from a long flight!”

“Good Afternoon,
I have already written a review about this booking.
However there is an addition to this, I have just had a call from Joan Froggatt to say the driver LEFT HER BEHIND. He only took the 2nd passenger.
If he had been at the arrivals area with the names of the passengers AS HAD BEEN BOOKED this would not have happened.
I immediately request a full refund.
How incompetent can a person be to be collecting 2 people and only leave with 1. I actually have no words to describe this situation, it is completely shambolic.
