“I bookd a taxi for 7 o clock, at 7:05 i still hadn't received any booking confirmation email and had no assigned driver. As we were travelling to a concert we didn't want to be late and had no indication that a taxi was coming so we walked to the nearest taxi rank and got one there. It was only at 7:15 that i finally got an e-mail from the taxi driver himself who was waiting for us at our destination 15 minutes late. ”
