“The taxi and the driver were excellent. Couldn’t fault tbe service. I was not however in the least bit pleased with the last minute cancellation and rebooking by yourselves which incurred a price hike of £27.40 and as it was last minute I had no time to source an alternative. Leaves a bad taste.”
