“Very angry. The driver did not know how to get to canary wharf from my hotel on Royal Hill. At one point, after about 30 minutes of driving around we were still only about 2 kilometres from Royal hill. I had to tell him we were going entirely the wrong direction. He asked me to Google the post code so he could see where to go. We arrived at a couple of places where the road was blocked by construction work, he did not seem to know about the tunnel…..even I knew about the tunnel. He had no idea of the route at all. Finally he did not drop me at the entrance to the station, he dropped me outside a building, and told me to take the escalator, with a vague wave to tell me it’s direction. By this time I was distraught to the point of tears. The whole ordeal took just over one hour. I did not get the drivers name. Please….provide your drivers with training in navigation. ”
