“The taxi went to the second pick up before mine and rang me to say he was outside! I did say the first pick up my address to you!, So he had to drive to pick my wife up at our address as I was the one that booked the taxi and made my payments before hand,as the lady at the second address texts me to say early in the day that her husband was unwell. I would have texted him if different but if he stayed with the plan, I would have told him to take my wife into town and not to bother with the second pick up so there was delay in sorting this out! As I was not going,but made the booking and payment on behalf of my wife, he was confused when I said you need to have my wife number and text her for pickup as she’s Partially deaf. We gave him her number. At picking up time my wife was getting worried and looked out the Restaurant and saw the Mercedes and asked . Yes a taxi for Mr John owen, oh I’m the wife so he to her home and said that he did not have her number which was not passed on! I stay up expecting more sorting out to do in order to get her home! It was not cheap Especially when I had to do the sorting out! She loved the cars but I don’t want to stay up next time she goes out in the taxi! John owen ”
