“The 1700 hrs pick up at Lewin's Mead did not arrive. I was told by the driver of our later pick up that the earlier pick up had been cancelled. Not cancelled by myself or anyone connected with me, so who cancelled? You must have a record of the incoming call/text, and I had no text to say it had been cancelled. We had to rush out and obtain a taxi nearby. On my booking I indicated we had to be at our destination for a wedding. Not happy at all, very stressed by this. Then our driver arrived 30 minutes late for the midnight pick up. Freezing night. Thoroughly upset by it all. Will expect refund of trip not taken. Sad to say unable to recommend your service, wish it could have been very different, hate to be negative, thank you.”

“Driver did not rturn up for the journey from Bristol temple Meads but you dealt with it very well and were swift to apply a refund. The pick up from the venue back to Bristol Temple Meads was absolutely fine.”
