“The driver was late by +30 mins so we didn't get it on time to our event which is really frustrating. We booked a shuttle/coach so we know we'll get on time to the venue but he was so late that our team activity was almost cancelled. ”

“This was booked for a pick up to go to the airport and pick up from the airport to go home. This review only applies to the first part of my journey (Pick up to go to airport) My pick up was booked for 3:15am but my driver was calling me at 12:00am asking if he could come at 2:00am because he has other jobs to go to and he may be late of he picks my up at 3:15am. I told him he should come for the time I booked. When he arrive he was very rude. He didn't park close enough to make it easy for me to bring the large suitcases. He told me to hurry up while I was collapsing the pushchair. This was the worst driver I have ever had in my life! For this reason I will not be using your service again A different driver came to pick my up from the airport. His name was Simon. He was very professional & polite. That was a pleasant journey. ”
