“Driver was late and did not inform me in advance but I called and understand that there was a traffic on the way. It would be nice to get some info upfront, especially when getting to the airport this can be stressful. Driver was a lovey person and greeted me with a bottle of water and seemed very friendly - however: car was clean but smelled of cigarettes. If we were not late, I would not get in and ask for another car - all my clothes smell of cigarettes and I have asthma so not a great impression. Booking was quick and would recommend to everyone but you cannot work with drivers who smoke in their cars!”

“The driver couldn't have been better, he was so polite, although the street I had picked to get picked up from. Had some road works on, he was great full enough to get out the car and direct me to where he was. Couldn't ask for a better service hopping to use again this weekend.”
