“The service was less than expected for the price. I had to ask the driver to wear his mask which was awkward. I also wasn’t given any choice about the radio which meant I had to listen to the football station for the entire journey. For this kind of service the customer should be asked if they want a particular station or indeed if they want the radio on at all. You get this service in a basic uber ride. I felt this was an over charged service and was disappointed.”
