I would like a full refund, my driver didn’t show up at the time booked and I had no phone call from the company until 35 mins after pickup time. I booked hours in advance and followed the instructions as per email only number on said email was my own and Taxicode of which offices were closed. Due to travelling with my wife (who is heavily pregnant) I couldn’t wait around hoping for a phone call so made the executive decision to contact Uber who had a car for us in 2 minutes.

Was shocked when I found out you sent me an uber! The agreement was for a private cab. And meet and greet and help with my luggage which never happened. I expected someone in the arrivals hall or right outside. Instead i waited in the car park level 4 for ages. Also paid 1.50 extra for sms and never got a single one.

Driver from home to Gatwick on 1 June was approx 10 mins late, whereas the driver who collected from Gatwick in early hours of 9 June was ready and waiting and very friendly and helpful.

the driver did not show up at Heathrow Airport as booked,we had no phone call or contact at all and were left at the airport ,I contacted the supplier and at first was told he had broken down and would be an hour then after trying to find if we were to have a replacement were told he would not show up at all ,disgusting service never will we use this firm again J Griffiths
