Our main problem was being delayed for nearly two hours by the queue for passport control in T2.

UNFORTUNATELY THE DRIVER WAS NOT AWARE THAT HAMMERSMITH BRIDGE WAS CLOSED AND WENT TO THE WRONG SIDE. HE WAS 30 MINS LATE BUT WAS AMAZING AND GOT ME TO THE STATION WITH FOUR MINUTES TO SPARE AND I CAUGHT MY TRAIN!!! THANK YOU DRIVER YOU SURE KNOW LONDON!

Meet and greet was ok. Done by phone but confusing as he was at the ‘no pick up’ area. Driver stated we had booked the 35 mile 2 hours route through central London but he could drive the 55 mile route in an hour if we paid a £15 cash surcharge. Not in a position to debate at the pickup so paid the extra. NOT IMPRESSED at all with that. Would have given him a generous tip but not in these circumstances. I was expecting the hour long trip anyway as that’s how it appeared in the booking. Don’t like leaving negative feedback but I feel as though I’ve been conned.

1. Driver was on time but waiting at departure instead of arrival. 2. Drop us at the corner of our destination because the main road was closed. Didn’t try a different way to enter the road to the apartment. My son had to walk around looking for the apartment. 3. He asked 5£for overtime. We weren’t late to meet him at the airport, I assumed that we took some time looking for the apartment.

They came with a bigger vehicle without any explanation and charged £15 extra in the middle of the journey. Like blackmail.
