“You did not send a driver and we had no service. I called five times and was told each time the driver was coming. At the last call I was told the driver had broken down. No one had let us know and we waited over an hour. We expect a full refund for this failure to show up.”

“I called the 0333 number so many times to try and cancel the taxi but not once did I get to speak to someone to cancel the cab.”

“He was nearly an hour earlier than we'd asked! Then was really rude & snappy with us when we weren't there at the time he arrived (we booked it for 10.55pm, he arrived at 10.05!!!), we asked him to drive around the corner (less than 2 mins drive), & got charged an extra £10. There were 3 or us, my husband & son both well over 6' tall and rugby players, in a small saloon car, so went in the front seat so we're not all squashed in the back, the driver was extremely rude, ordering my son in the back, we got over that little hurdle due to my son's lovely manner with an extremely rude driver! The saving grace was he was a careful driver and my wife is an extremely nervous backseat driver, so that is the only good thing about this journey! Would NEVER use this company again and advise others not to, they are not on time, charge you extra for getting there an hour early, the driver was snappy and rude and we were extremely polite and kind to him, even giving him a £10 tip!!! Just unbelievable really. We used Addison Lee on the way there but could not book the return journey. I will in future only EVER USE ADDISON LEE, or drive myself home in future rather than use this company! ”

“The driver showed up in an electric car for a 2 hour trip then refused to take me because his car didn’t have enough range. I’d requested a saloon, not an electric car. He then wouldn’t call a replacement car for me and drove off, so I had to get the train instead. Could I please be refunded for the trip out? The return trip was fine, but having paid for both journeys and only being offered one I’m very unhappy with the service. ”
