“I ordered 2 mini buses of 8 seats each. On the outward journey only 1 turned up . When I got to the venue I called You to check that 2 x 8 seaters were coming to collect us and was ready assured that they were at 12.30om. Then I called at about 10pm to see if I could bring the pick up time forwards and I was told That I didn’t have any mini buses booked and that I had made a mistake on my booking and would need to pay an extra £20. Eventually he agreed to send 2 8 seaters to pick us up. The driver of our mini bus was rude and unhelpful. My overall experience was poor and I would not use you again”
