the taxi driver was not only not on time, but he was lying on the phone when saying he was on the parking or even at the gate when he was still driving. His wife/daughter was with him for the ride so i had to sit with her on the front being in touch all the way

the driver has information about the flight number, but wents to the airport anyway, our flight has a delay of about 1h, and when we arrived, there was no driver at the airport..we must wait almost 30min for another driver….

Very disappointed. Our journey was booked for 1.30am but driver came at 2.06am. We had to wait in cold at night with 9 months old baby. Driver Orhan had the instruction to pick us up at 2am when it was clearly written on the booking confirmation that we were to be picked up at 1:30am. I would like some compensation for the inconvenience caused.

driver never came. aweful service and app. will never use this app again and will tell all friends not to use. chased up and was told no driver and not taxicode fault!!!!!! scam

The driver didn’t turn up. We waited for over an hour. Called the number provided. No answer. Cost me £136 for the taxi and it didn’t arrive. This made us having to spend another £150 on a new taxi at that time in the morning waiting in the cold. It is diabolical. I should be receiving a full refund and some. Not very good at all. Puts me off using your company again !

45 mins late, then attempted to refuse to take the luggage, despite it being fine to fit in the vehicle

Apparently, stuck in a accident. So we had to drive 50+ miles towards him to make the airport in time. I expect to be reimbursed for the shorter distance
