“No complaints, good service”

“Driver was late. Mercedes we ordered had apparently broke down. Replacement van door would not open initially which further delayed us. Noise woke people up on our street with this problem. Heater in van wasn’t working properly and we were all really cold. Radio not working properly either so drove in silence.”

“I booked a 6 seater and the taxi that arrived whilst being a six seater was a prius 6 seater that was not realy fit for purpose the drive was also late with no appology and spent both journeys on the phone. I paid over £120 for two 5 mile journeys which is extortionate I would have expected at least a comfortable journey. I certainly won't be reccomending your service.”

“This was originally booked at the incorrect time of 12:15 instead of 00:15 we immediately called when we booked the number of the text message we received we were told it wasn’t a problem and that the time had been changed, turned out it hadn’t been changed and on the morning before we had to call and book another taxi at additional cost to us. We have tried to call multiple times and cannot get through. Surely we are due a refund as the cab ride was cancelled and never took place”
