I didn't find him at the terminal point, he didn't have my name on for me to see who was waiting for me. I had to ask around and people didn't even know your company. I struggled to make calls as i couldn't even get where to get the public phones to make calls. It was just a disaster

All in all it was literally the worst service I have ever received in my life and I will be getting in touch with trading standards as it was just completely unacceptable!! 1. Driver was over 90 minutes late and did not meet us in the terminal building. 2. The controller at the end of the line said he didn’t care. 3. We should have arrived home by 4:30/4:45am however we didn’t arrive until 6am. Usually I wouldn’t mind however I booked the taxi over 1 week in advance and paid the balance in full so the service we received was absolutely disgusting. I asked for a partial refund the controller on the phone said he didn’t care at all for the situation that I was in! 4. The controller had the cheek to say that they were sending another car as the original car booked had mechanical issues and it would be another 45 minutes wait for a bigger car at “no additional cost” which I had to laugh at! When the car arrived it was not a people carrier - it was a Prius. 5. The car was dirty and disgusting and i took photos. As I said, I will be getting in touch with trading standards as it was ridiculous. I pay for a service and I expect to receive a service in line to what I have paid (£90). I’m not sure if this is down to taxicode or the transfer company however I would like someone to get in touch ASAP to follow up on my complaint. In addition, I booked a second car for another group in my party and this was also late!
