“This driver was rude and did not even bother showing up. I needed this service to take half my luggage into storage before going to the train station. I explained to the man that I needed this done at 8 am. Come 8 am this person doesn't even answer my calls. I needed to go and got another taxi, after which he contacts me to say he's on his way. I tell him not to bother as I am already in another taxi. Beyond awful service and I paid almost £40 for service that never happened. I am so angry. He contacted me on Whatsapp on 07720563188 and was just rude and not even sorry. ”
