“I received text message at 00.30 am saying that my booking is cancelled. I booked a service to the airport for 6 am. I tried to contact taxicode at 4.40 am and driver directly but no response.
I have been charged for service that was cancelled on me in a very last minute.
I am trying to get my money back - the worst and stressful client experience. Dont reccommend to anyone. ”

“Paid extra for 6 seater, got caddy with wheel chair ramp in back.
Idea was so we didn’t have to sit next to driver but had no option as only 4 seats.
Also cab was quite dirty and a premium price.
Got taxi arranged by restaurant for return journey and cab was spotless and 3rd of the price. ”

“Not only was the driver quite late, we had to pay an additional £10 fee that had not been quoted as the taxi had to travel in from Milton Keynes. They phoned in advance to let us know this, but we would have found another service if we had known this.”
