swan travel have been established for over four years specializing in minibus pick-ups and drop offs. Our vehicles are Ford Transit minibuses and mercedes that are in superb condition offering high levels of comfort. All drivers are CRB checked, PSV qualified and CPC qualified. Drivers are trained to the highest level, are always dressed smart and are customer service focused, providing this swan travel give customers the best experience possible contributing to them regularly returning for our services. “My plane arrived early and I was at Arrivals by 3pm. My driver had already contacted me by text and informed me that he was waiting for me so no delays. Very pleasant and helpful driver - lent me his phone to make a call as mine couldn't - and journey took just 3 hrs. Only negative was no AC in car and it was a warm sunny day. I'm spoilt coming from N.A.! ”

“The driver drove too fast and erratically, he asked us where to go, even though we have provided the address through the booking system and the bus wasn’t overly clean inside. For nearly £100, I would expect a lot better. Disappointing. ”
