“We called to advise our fligh was delayed by 15mn. Our driver arrived 25mn late despite a 60min waiting time was included in our booking. It was very difficult to find the driver in the parking garage when he finally arrived. And finally the driver decided not to take the motorway which delayed our journey by another 30 minutes. Worst taxi experience ever.”
