“Scam artist company. No driver turned up, was told no drivers available and would get a refund. it’s been a month, where is my refund? Threw £91 down the drain because I assumed you were a reputable company and that you would respond to my emails. Shame on you.”

“Wembley was extremely busy after the Oasis concert and we had great difficulty finding each other, but I cannot blame that on the driver. He was friendly and professional, and if I recall was called Mansour(?). No complaints whatsoever. I tipped him £5.00 as that was all the cash I had left on me, but would have been happy to have given him more. ”

“An awful experience we received a converted ambulance the fumes were horrific the driver in a tank top!! We bounced around the road broke red lights. Very polite man. We asked for the vehicle we booked on the return journey but that did not happen. The vehicle was not a licensed taxi and we will be reporting to the authorities Paid taxi code £120 what a scam Children were very upset ”
