“I paid extra for a people carrier and confirmed in advance but on the day the car that arrived was not a people carrier, was late, and made us walk 1/4 mile to a different pick up point. Very disappointing on all levels.”

“Our flight was delayed so I called the cab office asking if they could track our flight. They then emailed me asking for a flight number so I provided them with this information. We landed in Luton and no driver to be seen. I called and the cab office said our driver would be 20 minutes.... 1 hour later we were still waiting. It was clear the driver only left home once we arrived. Shocking and appalling. Driver was then driving recklessly with loud music. Would not recommend.”

“We were waiting at home for the driver, I called him as he was late and he said he was 15 minutes away, called him 30 minutes later as he still didn't arrive for him to arrive at Luton when we needed him to collect us from HOME and take us to Luton.... we needed to order an uber and we almost missed our flight. Would not recommend this company. Our journey back was even worse.”
