“I made this exact same journey from hotel and back twice a day for 2 days. The fare you charged was over 3x greater than the cheapest fare with a 20% tip! I think it fair to say, with respect, that I consider you succeeded in ripping me off big time. Well done. You will not get a second chance!!”
