“Booked for 0500 to travel to airport, so timing was important. At 05:05 I felt it necessary to call the driver to check. Was told she was very close. Arrived about 05:10/05:15. Then proceeded along main roads well below the speed limit even though due to the time of morning the roads were completely empty. Overall a frustrating way to start a day of travel. ”
