“I didn’t use the service. I was not contacted ahead of time about who was picking me up. I tried to cancel because I needed an earlier pick up but the app would not let me. I tried calling and the number was out of service. All i received was an email as the original time of pick up telling me I gave the wrong address. I responded and said I had canceled and got no response. Not great communication, and it’s hard to modify booking. I wouldn’t used this service again.”
