“The reservation had been changed and confirmed for 3 people and l2 large, 3 carry ons. I received a notice that a smaller car was not available and I would get the large car anyway. The driver insisted he had to be paid for the ride so I paid twice for a larger car than what was reserved and confirmed. I need a refund.”
