“It was a pickup from my house to the airport, therefore the meet and greet service is not applicable. I would have liked to have the vehicle I booked to have taken me to the airport but that request wasn’t fulfilled. On top of that, the driver was 30 minutes late. I was charged an extra £1.50 for a text confirmation but didn’t receive anything. Additionally, I had to call the company that booked my taxi to find out if the driver was even on the way or not. ”
