“He did not show up. He claims he was at the hotel but never alerted me of his arrival. I had to take a train the next day. The journey with your taxi company NEVER took place. The fare was not used and I need my money back. I have chosen the driver was late by 1+ hours just so this review can go throw. He did not show, he did not alert me and I did not another cab. Money back please.”
