“Did not show up after pre paying online. No sign of a refund. Did not even contact me back after I reported this happening. Would never use again”

“I waited 15 minutes for the car i was told would be with me in 5 minutes, I rang the number given and was told the taxi was 1 minute away and Reg was LG64 didn't get the last bit. waited another 10 minutes and rang back but this time no one picked up and after several minutes waiting I hung up and tried 5 more times. when i tried to leave a message on the answer machine it just disconnected. I waited over an hour in all and eventually got the bus to Oxford Circus, got off at Trafalgar Square and then onto Ealing Broadway. It was freezing out and i had no option but to use the bus. I have informed my company and they will be contacting you to get the money for the taxi back. Roger Rothwell”
