“Driver rang - couldn't understand what he was saying (his English was terrible). He couldn't find the Royal Thames Yacht club - seemed to have no sat-nav. Eventually found us after about 20 minutes and several confusing phone calls. Then he couldn't get our 3 suitcases into the boot of his car (the previous driver who brought us from the airport on Friday managed alright) Car seats were covered with an uncomfortable extra cover. It was a dampmorning and the driver seemed reluctant to operate his windscreen demister so from the front passenger's seat I could hardly see in front of the car. I prayed that the driver could see better than I could. Worst trip I have had with Taxicode to date. Wouldn't give it any star rating at all.”
