“I waited outside the bungalow 12.10 onwards but the taxi didn't turn up so I rang the mobile number- no answer. A message to say try later Another driver rang to say other taxi had a mechanical fault but he would come in 15-20 minutes but it was more like 20-25. So in total we waited about 45 minutes”
