“Driver waited outside Southampton Airport to avoid parking charges and asked us to find our own way with significant luggage to a meeting place we were unfamiliar with, but we found him eventually. We specifically booked and paid extra for a routing via Egham to ensure faster smoother routing via M3/M25/M1, but driver took us via A34/A421/A422. We did however meet our train, but we were thrown around a lot on multiple A421 roundabouts.”
