“Our first taxi didn’t arrive and we didn’t receive a confirmation email allocating a driver. The company, once I got hold of them, quickly dispatched a second driver but he was 35 minutes away and didn’t arrive until 16:10 (original pickup was 15:15) so we got to our event late. However, the new driver was lovely and really accommodating -picked us up from the venue on time and without issue for the return leg of the journey. ”

“The service and driver (Mohammed) were excellent. I was a bit concerned about lack of communication: after an initial email confirmation I was told to expect a second email which didn't come. i phoned twice and left a message but never got a return phone call. However, it all worked out in the end which is what matters!”
