“Driver was brilliant, a little early but told us he would wait with zero issue. He helped my wife get her wedding dress in the car so it didn’t get all caught and messed up. Seemed like a genuinely nice man. Really happy with the service and was one of the only taxis that didn’t cancel on the night so double win! I will definitely keep the service in mind again and recommend! ”

“Taxi broke down and looked to be un road worthy, driver didn't try to rectify the situation and help source alternative travel, didn't arrange for alternative travel to be arranged for an already confirmed collection. on contacting the company 10 times since the date of travel we have been ignored multiple times and when promised a refund this has happened. They don't answer the phone lines unless you call relentlessly and are a complete shambles or a organisation. Still awaiting for this to be rectified Wont be using or recommending”
