“They called a few days before our arrival in London and said they needed more money because the trip was longer than they quoted. We were going from Heathrow to Richmond. I reminded them Richmond was not far from the airport and they relented but then said they would have to charge more for extra luggage. We hadn't change the number of passengers and we only had carry on. They relented again. They weren't at the airport to meet us as promised. When I called them they said we would have to make other arrangements because their driver was busy. I asked for a refund and four weeks later still no refund and no answers to my emails.”
