“The driver was polite and helpful. The taxi was on time. He got us to the airport on time. The only downside was the fact that we paid for vip 8 seater minibus and we received 10 year old Peugeot which was clean but not something I would refer to as vip vehicle. The taxi company confirmed we received a standard vehicle but did not offer a discount for a lower standard vehicle.”

“The taxi was not on time. I called Meridan cars and they told me I didn't have a booking . i explained I did and that it was booked and paid for. They said hang on and put the phone down. I called back and they eventually answered and said they would send a car. This was at 1.30am on a sunday morning, very stressfull. at least they came in the end ”
