“The driver was slightly late for 15 mins but luckily we booked well in advance before the flight time. It was a pleasant ride. The car was immaculately clean. The driver was very polite. ”

“Despite emailing TWICE to check the pick up had been changed to T2, and giving our flight number, the driver was sent to T3. This resulted in a further delay in picking us up. The driver then told us we needed to pay a further £40!! I knew I needed to pay a further £20, again due to a portal error, but refused to pay any extra. I had emails proving the change of terminal confirmation and thd £20 additional costs, which I read out to thd driver. The driver agreed to take us to our daughter's but was talking on his phone all the way to your company. Initially, the booking was very stressful and the person I was emailing back & forth was very brush & rude. Overall, a VERY POOR, stressful experience. I will NEVER use your company again.”

“Our driver was late to pick us up at the airport because his previous customer was late and there was also a traffic jam on route. He kept in contact with us while we were waiting and met us inside the airport at a designated spot. His vehicle was clean, comfortable and in good repair. He had bottles of water for us in the car which was nice after a long flight. It was a very long trip and he got us to our destination safely. He was a very nice and curteous man. We tipped him in person.”
