“Have used the service many times and never had an issue with changing booking. Customer service was not good and refused refund as three minutes over hour cancellation due to their error. Will not use again”

“The driver never arrived. I had to take a taxi direct from the airport taxi rank instead, at a cost significantly higher than the one I booked with you, and an hour after I was due to have been picked up by you. Your service was atrocious, there was no-one available on the phone to help when my driver didn't arrive, and the number you gave me for the taxi company itself was not in service. I expect my money to be refunded immediately, and also for you to refund me the difference between the fee I paid to you for this service and the significantly higher fee I ended up having to pay to get me home when your driver didn't turn up. ”
