“The driver was perfectly pleasant but his personal hygiene was appalling. One of the worst smells I’ve endured for a long time. I don’t want to be rude but you should ensure your drivers have showered and smell appropriately. That was a £90 journey of maximum discomfort, on numerous occasions I thought I would be sick”
