“- The vehicle was due to arrive at 7.45 so I could appear at a public inquiry.
- At 7.30, I received a phone call to say the driver had a puncture.
-The taxi firm promised to send another one.
- The taxi never arrived.
- I phoned back to ask where the taxi was twice and was told it was on its way.
- The taxi never arrived.
- I was told by the taxi firm that they would refund me £55.50 themselves if I did not give them negative feedback.
- They have not refunded me.
- Their telephone number is 01902509490 but there is no answer when I call this number now.”

“Took him over 25 minutes to get to us after we told him we had our bags and were leaving the airport. Really poor customer service and waiting time. The reason we pre-book is so we have a taxi waiting for us - it would have been faster to call an Uber or taxi when we got to Heathrow and is what we will do next time. ”

“We booked the taxi for our arrival into Heathrow and provided our flight number. Our plane arrived early but we are used to car companies monitoring arrival times. When we could not find the driver waiting for us we tried to contact the phone numbers provided. One number was not answered and the other number said they were no longer Harry Cars. Being concerned that we were not going to be picked up we chose to take a National Express Coach. I understand the driver arrived after we had left Heathrow on the coach”
