“While waiting in the terminal the driver rang me to say he was going to be late, i said I was struggling to understand him due to a poor connection and his response was not very professional, finally when we started the journey and traveling on the M25 the driver was continuously on his phone and I have to ask him not to use his phone while driving. When I asked for Air con to be switched on as it was quite humid in the back of the car, he switched on the Air Con but at 31Deg C, when I asked for it to be lower, he said 'It is my car I know how it works'. Not an enjoyable experience at all.”
