Good Afternoon, I would like to complain about the appalling service I received with your company. I booked two taxis for my wedding day, one for two passengers for myself and my dad, one for five seats for my bridesmaids. I was then informed that my booking would be completed by Bolt, not a problem in itself, so I was happy for this to happen. On the day of the booking (my wedding day) one car arrived - the second car (for the bridesmaids) did not arrive and the text sent by your company showed that it was going to the wrong address - 8 Consort Road instead of Flat 8, 47 Consort Road. It was pouring with rain and my bridesmaids had their hair and make up done and so couldn't walk down the road to find the car. The tracking text with bolt wasn't through my account so I was unable to call the driver and correct the address. When trying to call your company I was repeatedly put on hold and wasn't able to receive any assistance. One of my bridesmaids had to order an alternative car and all of us were late to my wedding ceremony. This was also incredibly stressful on what should have been a wonderful day. I would like the full amount for the five seater car refunded since it was sent to the incorrect address (I have double checked my confirmation email and I entered my address correctly, this error was at your end) and therefore did not collect any passengers on the day. This is no reflection on the driver and not his fault. I had to cancel the trip as my baby had just thrown up and i did not want to take the risk of her being sick in their car - because i cancelled so close to pick up you refused to issue a refund - I am so sorry that i am unable to ask my baby girl to not projectile vomit upon request.

Very bad experience. The taxi was 40 minutes late and did not come in the right size I ordered. I needed to move flat and ordered a 6 seater van but only a normal 4 seater car arrived. I had to cancel the booking and am still waiting for my refund. I absolutely cannot reccomend this taxi company.

I'm still waiting to be refunded and haven't heard anything back. One taxi went to the wrong place and then refused to take us one didn't turn up at all. I work for a charity and needed to get to work very early I paid over £100 for 2 journey totalling less than 10 miles ans then it didn't happen. When I finally spoke to someone on the phone they didn't help and didn't apologise. Feel like I've been totally scammed.

Driver didn't even turn up. Complaint has been logged and refund requested. You have no chance of me leaving a tip at all.
