“Awful experience with this company. The clock to set the time was not user-friendly and I accidentally put the AM time instead of PM time. I spent ages on the phone trying to get hold of someone but no one answered. I then emailed asking for help and I got a incredibly inconsiderate response in return, no empathy and absolutely no help. How is this company supposed to be a customer service company? ”
