“Our car arrived it was not what was supposed to come which should have been 8 seater but it was only 7 seats. One of our party has a folding wheelchair which we were unable to take with us due to there being no room in the boot because of seat configuration. The fact the taxi is paid for in advance and then to send us something that was not ideal is quite a problem. Both drivers were friendly and cant fault them but not sure if I would use this service again since they couldn't send the right car. ”
