“I can't understand how I cannot be refunded the difference in the price considering I paid extra for a Mercedes but you did not provide a Mercedes. Why advertise one when you cannot provide one! It would be no problem if one wasn't available if I wasn't charged the extra for it - this is disgraceful and shouldn't be allowed. I will be showing my review.”
