“The vehicle pictured on TaxiCode was much larger than the vehicle we were provided. There was not enough space for all passengers and our luggage (which we had listed fully when booking), so we ended up needing to book a separate £75 Uber to go back in two vehicles. If the vehicle clearly isn't going to be big enough for the passengers and luggage we indicated at booking, someone should have contacted us so we could book a bigger vehicle. ”
