“The driver was on time but the wrong vehicle was sent after I received an email indicating my luggage was too much to fit into an e-class. The driver was belligerent and condescending, not the best customer service. I had to log suitcases and practically load the car and think through best arrangement while under pressure to make my flight. I was also asked to pay 5 pounds per bag which left a negative feeling in my mind. As an executive in a blue chip company, i expected a commiserate service per your ads. The experience was disappointing. Please in future your drivers should not make assumptions about the client. I hope that the next time the service will meet my expectation. At this point I am not keen to make a recommendation”
