“The car showed up late, the driver was rude, the booking office was unhelpful, the car smelt of smoke, the driver almost hit a cyclist and laughed, I had booked a stop as part of my journey and he acted as though it was a hassel and told me to hurry up and was driving with his hood up the whole time. Terrible ”

“We had ordered two Mercedes Vito VIP MPV but instead a standard taxi arrived and then eventually a second standard taxi 15 minutes later. We didn’t get the quality we paid for. I wouldn’t use this service again.”

“He was stuck in traffic but I had to pay a fine of 10 pounds for warning the taxi company of a 30 minute delay in the plane. Utterly ridiculous. ”
