I note the comments to Blue Sky is 50-50 and I was quite worried that the driver would no show to my booking made a week before. I did call Blue Sky a day before my trip for driver's contact and could not have it though I was told I could have it in that morning of my trip. Still could reach Blue Sky 15 mins before my pick-up time to see if the driver was on his way, but then no one pick up the phone when the time was due. Message was received in sudden at my pick-up time thru WhatsApp from a non-UK no. to confirm if I have made a booking. Was told the driver would come in short and certainly it was late per agreed time. The experience made me so nervous especially I find strange I could not have the driver's contact at the last minute. Better the car was comfortable with a nice driver. Anyway, I would say I am a bit hesitated to use this apps for my next trip.

The driver did not arrive and I had to call 4 time to find out the driver hadn't left home in London and would be another 2 hours. This was completely unacceptable as i was supposed to be catching a plane from Heathrow, so i told them i wanted an immediate repayment and compensation. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM A TAXI FIRM AND I MUST INSIST THAT THEY ARE REMOVED FROM YOUR WEB SITE AND I WANT AN IMMEDIATE REPAYMENT AND COMPENSATION AND I NEARLY MISSED A £5,000 FLIGHT DUE TO THE CRASS LACK OF SERVICE PLEASE E MAIL ME TO robin.stevens4@googlemail.com to confirm that the repayment has been processed

Driver didn't turn up, I called the taxi company and then claimed the driver had a flat, but they hadn't called me to let me know. Eventually told me they were going to send another driver, after a while an Uber turned up. I could have just ordered an Uber myself. Saving grace was that I made my train with literally one minute to spare.
