“I booked an 8 seater minibus and after booking I received an email saying a VW Passat (a 4 seater saloon) had been allocated to the journey. We were leaving from Harrogate but the driver allocated was from Manchester over 70 miles and two hours away. Given this I completely lost confidence in this company so the day after I booked I cancelled. Now here’s the ripe off, I’d paid £175.50 for the booking I got a refund of £43.87. I don’t recall anything on the website saying refunds were only at a rate of 25% of the fare paid. ”
