“The driver was waiting outside the arrivals terminal and not where all other taxi drivers meet inside by the arrivals gate. I had to talk him through where to meet us. He could not remember where he had parked his car and we spent ages going up and down in the lift until he finally remembered. He had not got his car park ticket and we had to wait for him to return to the terminal to get one . We will not be using your service again. ”

“Driver left me at the roundabout of Stansted airport which is prohibited for pedestrians to make their way along the road into the airport! clearly didn’t want to pay the £7 to get into the drop off area. £84 for this service is a joke.”
