“This trip never took place. The driver was never confirmed. We tried ringing several times, chasing after a confirmation. Any confirmation. Nobody ever took any calls. Your emails do not allow for replies, and without a confirmation we had to make other plans. The fare was extortionate, especially considering the short distance and the complete inability to get in touch with anyone at yours or Star Taxis Exeter. Star Taxis says we need to go through you for the credit, so do please credit my card £128.50.”
